Relax in the grandiose master ensuite & wash away your worries in its spa bathroom with double sinks, free-standing soaking tub, & shower with multiple showerheads! You can even get some work done in peace at the office nook with a desk.

The home comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach (chairs, towels, umbrella, & beach cart to easily get it all there). The kitchen and bathrooms are also fully equipped. The master bedroom also has a desk, should you unfortunately need to work on your vacation!

We include every amenity & necessity you could wish for to make your Marco Island experience exceptional, including a laundry room to wash your sandy bottoms, beach essentials, & bathroom toiletries. Our team is also just a text away!

The Modern Oasis is sanitized & cleaned to the highest standards! We work with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is spotless, so you can confidently enjoy your Florida vacation!

There is a flat screen TV in each room: an 85" 4K with a SONOS sound system in the living room, a 65" in the master bedroom, and a 55" in the lanai, where you can watch your favorite show from the pool. Listen to your favorite music in the living room or on the lanai with the SONOS System (to use the SONOS System, guests need to download the app on their cell phones).

PARKING: There is parking for up to 4 vehicles: 2 air-conditioned garage spaces and 2 driveway spots. EV charger on site.
