This condo is on the 4th floor. 1 Bedroom (2 Queen beds), 1 Bathroom. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Portable crib with linens.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

- No pets allowed anywhere on premises.

- Laundry: On the third floor next to the elevator, $2.00 to wash and $2.00 to dry.

- No assigned parking space. There are plenty of shared guest spaces.

50% refund 14-30 days before check-in.
