An original Marco Island "Deltona" beach cottage has been fully modernized on the inside.

We have a beautiful oasis of a backyard. With a 6' privacy fence. There is a very large private pool and outdoor eating area.

The location is hard to beat; walk to character restaurants and outstanding beaches. Marco Island has spectacular sunsets and great sundowner drinks! Our beach cottage is located close to all Marco has to offer!

Pets are $250, and an additional signed contract is required.

The space

When you arrive in the home, you will be welcomed with fresh cotton linens on all of the beds, enough towels to use for your stay, and towels for the beach.

The house has a well-stocked kitchen and pool area, and the fenced yard makes the back garden feel very safe for younger children.

We have beach supplies and a beach wagon. We also offer discounts through our bike/golf cart business.

Our home has a very large pool and pool area with a gas BBQ on the patio for those great nights under the stars.

Our pool is screened and private. We welcome small, well-behaved dogs when the pet fee is paid.

There is a large flat-screen TV in the living room that has access to a variety of streaming services. The master bedroom also offers a variety of streaming services. All of our other bedrooms have flatscreen tv with Netflix access. In the house are books, games, DVDs, and other “rainy day” needs.

Guest access

The whole home is yours to enjoy! Three lovely-sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a large living and dining area, and of course the private pool and covered lanai area.

The property is on Elk Circle, Marco Island, FL.

There is a keyless entry pad on the front door with a code provided on check-in day.

Other things to note

There is a variety of beach supplies available for your use in the garage. Anything else you may need for the beach can be rented via various suppliers on the island.

We offer a bike and golf cart rental discount at our other rental business on the island and will deliver bikes to the property free of charge.
